Hypnotherapy Frequently Asked Questions

What is hypnotherapy and how does it work?

Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that uses guided relaxation and focused attention (hypnosis) to help you make positive changes in thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

In this relaxed state, the mind becomes more receptive to helpful suggestions that support change. In Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, we combine modern neuroscience, practical psychology and hypnosis to reduce anxiety, strengthen resilience and help you move toward the life you want.
